Mix the 500g Minced Lamb, 2 Cloves Crushed Garlic, 1 Pinch Salt, 1 Pinch Pepper, 2 Teaspoons Garam Masala together and form long sausage style kebabs.

Chop and mix the mint with the yogurt for the sauce.

Mix 500g Light Spelt Flour, 400g Warm Water and 10g Active Yeast, prove and roll as wraps.
