Sticky, braised pork belly with rice and sesame bok choy

These slow and low belly slices are so rich in flavour that you’ll make them over and over again. I’ve infused the stock with some beautiful aromatic spices  and a gorgeous  tea which give this dish a decent punch, partnered up with a light sesame bok choy and steamed jasmine tea.

  • 2 x tsp coriander powder
