Spelt Fried halloumi dusted in sumac, with a Za’ater yogurt & pomegranate molasses

These are my take on a popular London street food snack, crunchy, deep fried halloumi dusted in sumac, with a zesty za’atar yogurt and pomegranate molasses. These are so good and a cracking little snack or starter.

Give it a try!
