Hasselback apple crumble (gluten free)

Ingredients

  • 1 x Apple per person
  • 1 x Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 2-3 x Tbs Maple Syrup or hot honey
  • 1 x Tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 45g Butter
  • 1 x Scoop yogurt or ice cream

Instructions

Cut the apple in half and de-core the centre. Cut the apples 3/4 of the way down in slithers throughout both sides.

Add 10g butter to the tops of both halves and pop in to the oven for 10 mins.

Mix all the ingredients together and cover the apples, put back into the oven for 10-15 minutes.

 

Serve with Ice-cream or Plain Yogurt.
