- 500g Minced Beef
- 600ml beef stock
- 2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
- 2 x tsp Worcester sauce
- 1-2 Tsp Marmite
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Pinch Pepper
- 1 Tin chopped tomatoes (blitzed)
- 4 x tbsp Tomato Puree
- 4 Large carrots
- 6-8 Sweet Potatoes
- 200g sweetcorn
- 200g frozen peas
- 1 tsp Olive oil
Fry the mince with the onion, garlic and seasoning.
Add one can of blitzed tomatoes with tomato puree, beef stock and chopped carrots.
Add the Worcester sauce, Guinness beer and marmite.
Roast in the oven at 180 c for 20 minutes, 6-7 sweet potatoes in the oven until the skin falls loose. Mash with 50g butter.
Poor the beef mix into a oven ready dish and spoon over the potato on top, then grate the three cheeses over the top.
Cook at 180c – 200c for 20mins Serve with kale and butter.
