Every one loves a Sunday Roast!

So this week I created two difrerent roasts, one speedy one for the fantastic Mums Eye View Channel ( for Asda) and another for Hastes Kitchen, which involved the FULL Christmas Dinner style roast with all the trimmings 🙂

Sunday is our main family day and I have always promised that the kids would get a sit down, hearty roast dinner with out fail, evry Sunday. This is our main time to relax, enjoy each others company and relax from the stresses of every working day life.

Since a child, my mother always cooked us (my Brother and father) a healthy evening meal and would inflict her strict ways in making us eat lots and lots of veg, at the time I always resented not leaving the table until it was dark and every last sprout had been eating, but now I look back and smile at what an amazing job my mother di of insuring weknew what was good for our health. Some may say it was too strict but I to this day, love veg and I aim to do the same for my little family.

So, who doesnt like a Roast dinner? For this weeks video, I have hopefully held your hands throught the entire process, as I hear so many times, Roast dinners are nortrioulsy hard to cook, but not now.
